After suffering roof damage after a recent storm, we were desperate to get the roof fixed. My first call was to John at Childwall Roofing. He came out to our house 1st thing the next morning as promised. I was deeply concerned as I knew that all roofers were likely to be very busy after the storms, and as Childwall Roofing are so popular and reputable I thought it unlikely that they would be able to fit us in quickly. John issued a detailed quote and e-mailed it to me within an hour. I phoned the insurance company and they commented that they were able to agree within 10 minutes and give the go

If you want a professional, reliable company this is the one to go for. John came out the day after the recent storm and sent me a quote within 24 hrs. Two staff turned up on the agreed day and they were excellent. They bent over backwards to make sure that not only the damage was repaired but also that a few cracked tiles nearby were replaced. Very pleased with the whole experience.

I got a chimney stack removed from the roof and the chimney breast underneath at the back of the house. CRC are an honest company with a full detailed quote beforehand. Communication and appointments were punctial and swift, including with the multiple different tradesmen involved. I would recommend John and his team!

Avoid. Not professional and wasted my time. Came out to assess a re-tile on my exterior bay window. Then I waited for my quote, messaged him.and said I'll have my quote in 2 days. 1week after visit, still no quote and still waiting. I phoned another roofer called Liverpool roofing,from Halewood. Came out and did my quote same day. Glad I found another company that's far mor professional and responds to their customers.

We had a leak from the Dormer into the main bedroom,and being elderly were anxious to seek help. John and Sean very quickly provided a professional written description of the work required and the materials to used, plus a very reasonable quatation.We also decided to have cladiing to the front of the house,a John responded with a further detailed quotation.

Had a section of pitched roof above my kitchen replaced, job done in two days, all done to a high standard and quotation was not exceeded. Good communications and easy to deal with. One issue identified, rectified the following day and long warranty for the work carried out. Highly recommended
