I bumped into a few of their chaps in Greggs on Moorland Road and after a few moments chatting, I knew that these were the guys I needed for my flooring projects. Virtuoso recently worked on my grandmothers house. Not only were they polite, friendly and hardworking but were very respectful to the ongoing covid rules, having no problems using masks at all time to protect my Grandmothers well being and were understanding when we asked them not toilets facilities. Complete gentlemen and excellent workmanship.

I’m delighted by the standard of carpet fitting Virtuoso provided. The whole team are friendly, cheery and polite. I can understand why they are so popular. Ben came to measure up, very nice chap, then Blake and Yousef installed the carpet, and have to say what lovely young men they are, very professional and knew exactly what to do when there was a problem with the door. I got recommended Virtuoso through both my builder of our loft conversion and my sister also living in Bath. There workmanship throughout the fitting and consultation period was fantastic. Ben and his team were always responsive to myself and my wife's concerns. As you can see from the images we had some awkward spaces and staircases to our loft which they also fitted. I have no issues with anything they have done. I will definitely be using them for our next project and I've already had Ben size up for our Bathroom

Virtuoso flooring were fantastic from start to finish, they came out quickly to measure up and bring some sample books and were happy to organise a number of full length samples to be delivered to us. Once the deposit was paid they were quick to book us in. We were originally booked for three days for the fitting work to be done but in the end the fit was done in two and Anthony who fitted the flooring was great. The quality of the fit is fantastic even around the fiddly bits in the cupboards. He even took notice that the tiles in the hall are black so brought black edging to finish the doorway

Virtuoso Flooring are a fantastic company, I recommend them highly. They supplied and Installed a Karndean lime washed oak luxury vinyl flooring in my kitchen dining area and hallway in a herringbone design. Great price and customer service, they cleaned up and left me to enjoy my beautiful new luxury vinyl tile flooring!
