I have been contacted by southall windows to give them a good review or they won't take my 10 year warranty seriously on which they installed the windows about three years ago. The works carried out were at a poor standard on which I have been trying to contact them ever since and gave up to sort out there issues. They have the nerve to send me a message to blackmail me on a service they are not providing anyway.
People you might find them cheap, you have to think why???
I can sort out there butchered works not everyone can so be careful.

Excellent work (for full house/loft/extension) glazing/doors throughout including rear bi-fold doors. Subsequently (a few months down the line) a couple of minor remedial works were undertaken without hesitation by Lucky. Very happy with windows/doors & would have no hesitation in calling Southall Windows for further works in future or for that matter recommending.

WORSE PEOPLE TO CALL!! I called to get a window replaced, they refused and said they can’t do it, i then asked if they knew anyone local who could, the man said he isn’t allowed to recommend anyone to me or tell me! I asked them to come and replace the whole unit- they said they only do jobs for full houses and not just a window ! I have a portfolio of properties, I defiantly will not be using them for any jobs if they can’t even do a small job! they have no idea what they are talking about half of the time with inexperienced staff!

Not only did this company do a poor installation of windows, door was opening the incorrect direction, it did not rectify any of the works and it was given plenty of opportunities.
The matter went to court, Mr Lakhvir Singh was also given the opportunity to resolve the matter through mediation, but chose not to. He tried to delay proceedings and deceit the courts, and still will not comply with the court order, we have had to let the High Court Enforcers deal with this matter now. If you want to avoid the stresses of the above deal with someone else, he is registered to his accountants address

Please BEWARE of this company as they do not have any business premises and they do not manufacture any products. We had a terrible experience, poor workmanship and non existent customer service. In the end we had to take them to court, kept coming up with excuses for not receiving court proceeding details due to them changing their registered address, which is their accountants. Obviously the judge saw right through this. But SOUTHALL WINDOWS have not complied with the court order or made any attempt to resolve the situation.

From initial contact to installation, Lucky and his team have been excellent. Lucky in particular is extremely professional managing expectations, timeline, going through the details and so forth. His team have done a wonderful job and worked consistently (without rushing) to get the work done. There were a couple of issues which were immediately addressed and rectified without question or delay.
