First class service from Bill who repaired the lock on our double glazed uPVC door. Some other people did not even bother to reply to our enquiries. Bill responded to us quickly, provided a good quote, visited us on time and repaired the lock in a neat, timely and profession manner. We will definitely use him again should the need arise

Had an emergency with our back door. We phoned several companies all said they would get back to us and never did. Bill was the only one who responded to us and came out within the time scale he said. Very professional. Didnt take more than 10 minutes to fix the door, very happy woth the service supplied. Would highly recommend to anyone

Very efficient, professional and friendly. We had a never-ending story with our front door lock. Changed twice by another company - as a result the lock worked worse than before the first attempt to repair it. When the back door lock broke too I had to look for another company asap. Bill was brilliant. He arrived to assess the disaster and a few hours later both our doors can be happily locked and unlocked. Definitely recommend.

We contacted Essex Double Glazing Repairs by email and received a very prompt response from Bill within a few hours providing a quote and arranging a time to fix our downstairs window. Bill was able to do the work the same week and arrived on time, was very courteous, kept the place clean and even took the time to take a look at our door and realign at no extra cost. Needed a couple of windows fixed and gave Essex Double Glazing Repairs a call. I’m glad I did! Rang on Wednesday and (surprisingly) arranged a visit for Thursday morning 09:00. Bill turned up on time and was very friendly but professional. Came in and had a look at what needed doing and explained what the work would consist of and how much it would cost. I was happy with the quote and much to my surprise offered to do the work immediately.
I left him to get on with it and was pleased when he said the job was done and to have a look to make sure I was happy while he sorted out the invoice.
