Had the misfortune of fitting the Eco800 fire rated downlight today. As an electrician, I've fitted hundreds (if not thousands) of down lights and these are the pits. Connector assembly is poorly designed - maintenance free connection is incredibly poor quality and nigh on impossible to get cables terminated and the entire connector assembly is nearly 6" long and unwieldy. The toothed mechanism that holds the connector closed simply doesn't and the cable grips are useless. I won't be fitting these again and certainly won't be recommending them to any of my customers.
