Yet another company who doesn't understand distance selling regulations and their legal obligation to refund delivery postage for returns.
I suggest you have a look on the internet in order to familiarise yourselves with them, although I am sure that you already know that and are just hoping that most consumers are unaware of their rights,
In my case I could also argue that the remote wouldn't clone (two different remotes) as they assured me it would and they are therefore also obliged to pay my return postage costs.
Not a good company to deal with especially if you have an issue so would avoid

Puppies destroyed original remote ordered the cheapest replacement on line due to pups. However cheap remotes would not pair, ordered the more expensive Hormann, we did struggle a little to get it paired, just being a bit inpatient with the pairing process, so just read the instructions and follow 100%. No problems so far. I will order another one now I know they work. Mission is keeping them away from puppies, three siberian huskies are a handful!!!!

My new remote, which has a dual control was very easy to set up for one of the garage doors. Instructions were very precise. I had to make one telephone call as I was having a problem with the other door. Spoke to a very pleasant helpful lady - who advised what I should try. Bingo, I now have two garage doors that work with one control.
