The semi-dry process enables repetitive elements to be cast in large numbers and very quickly. The finished surface of the semi-dry cast stone products tends to have an open texture similar to natural stone. Semi-Dry is one of the most commonly used cast stone in the house building industry as a cost effective alternative to natural stone.

The "Dry Cast" method is a through coloured process, using specially selected sands and aggregates mixed with cement, water proofer and pigment where necessary to achieve the desired colour and finish.
Wet Cast, as the name suggests is used to produce structural products like heads and cills. Slabs, beams and other similar products, which are for high exposure situations or structural situations where greater loads are required on the finished unit can also be cast using this process. Wet Cast has the added advantage of specialist finishes with the use of special sand aggregates, a massive spectrum of colours and textures can be achieved.
