We had a radiator replaced. Had to change dates. We found service flexible, and the fitter was professional done a good job, the old radiator was removed as agreed. The system was flushed with a rust inhibitor added this was advised. The work was done cleanly and left tidy. Overall we were very happy and would recommend.

Very underwhelmed - The lady at the office was friendly enough. However the fitter who came out to advise etc didn’t do anything. I’m not an expert in heating systems so I stated what I thought the problem was (the system appeared to need flushing) and the fitter just went along with it. I’d assumed he’d turn our heating on and at least try to identify the issue for himself... Just paid the £54 invoice for the call out charge. Never again.
We ended up flushing the central heating system ourselves. Job done.

Have worked on two of our homes, introduced by builders doing other work. The standard of work is hit and miss depending on which of their people do it. First home was good all round work, but if you have any teething probs were slow to rectify. Latest home still has leaking pipe. Conclusion now is fitted wrong and fixes have failed. Got to keep chasing as one way calls most of the time. Not fixed yet after 10mths.

Unbelievable from start to finish just want I want and took me over the whole process on having my underfloor heating installation done and my house is so warm due to the expert advice we go from the manufacturer of the product John guest speedfit I must say we looked around but Dave and his team were spot on thanks guys
