Alex came to deal with my problem when 3 other plumbers I had previously contacted failed to turn up. He was on time and quickly assessed the problem and gave me a list of remedies that might be needed . He explained each one in detail. He returned with the necessary parts and rectified the problem. He is reliable and competitively priced . I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to other customers

Really impressed with the work Alex did on our house. He came round for consultation when he said he would and this was the same when he came to carry out the work. He was very reassuring and took time to explain the work that would need to be done/differences between the options given. He was also very polite and would definitely use him again.
