In 1994 it became mandatory to have an annual gas safety inspections carried out to the gas appliances within rented accommodation, "CP12" for Private Clients, landlords, Letting Agents, Estate agents Housing associations and Domestic appliances in Commercial properties, we've been here from the very start.

The first Genius Hub heating control system was launched in 2012, receiving positive reviews in national magazines and newspapers.
Thermodynamic Solar Assisted Heat Pumps circulate a refrigerant through the static aluminium panel to renewably absorb energy day and night, which is compressed inside the system to a useable temperature which is then used to heat water. We have accredited the products at the BRE to confirm their compliance to these published standards.

We recently moved into a house that had the boiler fitted by TM west plumbing by the previous owners. Unfortunately the previous owners had requested a very strange set up and we were unable to figure out how to get the heating system to work. I phoned TM West and they were fantastic. They sent Mark around who took plenty of time to explain how to use the system (as it's really not as expected). Then just over a month later we had issues with the immersion heater (not installed by TM West). As I am due to go into labour any day now I was extremely anxious about not having hot water for a bath.

We had recommendations from two separate people for TM West. They have completed two jobs for us since: a boiler installation and a bathroom development - neither job was without its' technical challenges! TM West completed both tasks to a high standard ... and both were on budget & on time. John, Neil & the rest of the team were great to deal with.

I have used TM West for many jobs over the last 14 years. They have never let me down. Most recently we had a new bathroom designed and fitted which was done fantastically well - and for the price quoted even though there was more work that needed doing than they expected.
Also, the week before Christmas my Mother-In-Law's boiler finally died. Martin arranged a replacement and fitting within 2 days which meant I didn't have to worry about her getting cold over Christmas. A great relief.

What a wonderful company! Right from the off I was very impressed. Martin came round to see what I needed doing – a new shower/tiling/bath panels/gas fire installation and gas safety checks. He was on time and a really affable chap.
Martin sent me the quote promptly and it was a very competitive price, much better than others I had obtained.

After using TM West for more than 10 years. I was absolutely disgusted by how they treated me. I had issues with a boiler which went on for over a year, I had 3 different plumbers from TM West come out to look at it and each one gave me a different diagnosis. I spent nearly £600 with them on repairs that didn't fix the problem, then finally the last repair they did caused my boiler to explode. I was left having to spend another £2000 on a new boiler. When I rang up to complain the boss John Ambler put the phone down on me. Do not use this company, they don't care about their customers
