George manages an ever increasing part of our company Leak Detection. Old Central heating system and systems incorrectly installed can leak, this can be a nightmare if your heating pipes are buried in concrete or hidden under the floor. We have developed a unquie system for finding leaks which we have Trademarked at the UK Patent Office.
ALL Gas Boilers whether condensing or Standard Efficiency all must notified to Building Control are subject to Boiler Compliance Certificate. ALL unvented cylinders must notified to Building Control are subject to Building Regulations Compliance Certificate. Electric Boilers for heating your radiators and/or hot water cylinder are NOT subject to Building Regulations and therefore do not need to be registered or notifed.
Our engineers are Gas Safe registered (legally qualified to work on gas appliances) and Part P qualified (legally qualified to inspect, recommend and repair electrical works). Our engineers are factory trained by leading boiler manufacturers in fault diagnosis both mechanical and electrical. We have access to most boiler spares Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm from our approved boiler spares stockists.
The Elson Coral E Thermal Hot Water System was once the number 1 choice of hot water systems to modern flats and properties. The Coral E System originally came in 2x sizes, 150 litre and 210 litre. Elson would tweek the overall design of the Coral E so that the position of the inlet and outlet pipes, the immersion heaters would vary on each depending on the design specified by the property builder/designer.

Ian and team have just fitted a new boiler and a new cylinder in my London flat. These are challenging times to do such work however nothing worried them. The whole process was very simple, punctual & professional. I have had the best experience and could not be happier. I also received outstanding customer service from the lovely Samantha. I had a boiler problem
Their man turns up and fits a pressure/temperature valve and leaves after 10 minutes
He didn’t show anyone or talk to anyone, the tenant arrived 5 mins after he left (15 mins after he called him to say he was there and the tenant told him he was on his way and would be 10-15 mins)
There wasn’t any hot water
The man could’ve sorted that there and then even if he had to go out and get a heating coil or whatever
I emailed and messaged the boss directly and he refused to respond unless I paid him for the valve installation parts and Labour
I explained that the boiler

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Very swift communication , installation of the new boiler was a bit delayed on the day and I was worried they may not be able to carry out the work, but they did! The engineers were very professional, quick, cleaned up after the installation was complete, we are very happy with all the work done and can highly recommend!

The engineer who changed my boiler was fine but the lady in charge of the booking and payment was unprofessional. She even managed to use my bank details without my permission! I paid 50% upfront on the phone, she kept my bank details and used them to get the remaining 50%. I wasn't even late or anything. She had no reason to do that and it's illegal to keep someone's card details without their permission. Don't go there, their expensive and obviously not worth it!

Having had issues with my old boiler and it finally giving up on me, I contacted the London Boiler Company to get a quote for a replacement boiler, the quote that was given was very competitive in comparison to other boiler companies and my new boiler was fitted the following day.
The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and professional, I would highly recommend this company and would have no hesitation to use again.
