I was amazed that this company were so responsive at very short notice indeed. I hadn’t realised how much they would do and wish I’d know this earlier.
My move encountered a disaster because of an administrative error and the team had a very long day until things were resolved; they were professional, courteous and helpful right until they left.

I’ve used Dumond multiple times, they are the most efficient cost effective movers I have ever used and their storage is similarly well run and secure. Cicero and the his logistics director Matteus are both very considerate and detailed operators and Matteus is on hand to help solve problems and managed to solve so many in the last move they managed to brexit customs related issues and other matters.
Items were packed carefully and never damaged.
I won’t use anyone else.

After moving home 11 times and moving country three times, I can safely say that Dumond has been the best moving service / solution provider that I have ever used (and will use again!). John was fantastic throughout the quoting stage and preparing everything for me in terms of the extremely complex paperwork that would be required for my move abroad.
The packing team they sent was top notch and even though I now forgot their names, I will always remember their professionalism and the care they showed for my belongings (including extremely valuable artwork and delicate things that could have easily
