Having put out a request on a generic moving website and been told to expect a reply within 48 hours, I was promptly called by Rich, within about two. From the very first phone call to the last goodbye, every single member of the team who moved my home from Plumstead to the middle of France was super friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The quote received was the price paid, so no sneaky extras and as Bravo quoted the least out of three for the move, it was a no brainer.
