Services
Umberslade Business Services Ltd. was established in 1996 by Jeremy Emmett and Gabe Pettitt, taking its name from the Riding School where the company was initially based. Starting from a humble beginning of '2 men and a horsebox', they carried out local waste clearance and office moves. Today, Umberslade operates across the UK with teams specialising in soft strip out & internal demolition; employing over 90 staff with a 9m annual turnover.
Strip out should be efficient, cost-effective, non-disruptive and above all, safe; it requires skill, experience and disciplined team-work. With more than 50 full-time CCDO strip out operatives and over 80 large & small customers across the UK, Umberslade has grown to become the UK's leading commercial strip out specialist.
Umberslade's CCDO operatives are experienced in efficiently removing all equipment associated with building heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Umberslade regulalrly undertakes the removal of Fan Coil / Split Systems / Wet Heating Systems, along with associated ductwork, pipework and external plant equipment.
We train and log the hours of experience each of our CCDO operatives has in each of the above internal demolition and strip out tasks (and many more besides), so we can ensure that we have an expert and experienced team to complete the internal demolition project; cost-effectively, safely and working to the highest standards.
Umberslade has won awards for its work and has built a reputation for zero-snag quality, reliability and high safety standards. Benefiting from over 20 years of experience, we deliver groundworks projects for both commercial & public-sectors in the West Midlands, handling projects from 10k-500k in value.

Umberslade stripped out our office in the centre of Birmingham taking it back to the shell. They were a really professional group and finished the job ahead of schedule. Further to this they provided recommendations and liased with the companies we used in the later phases of the project and were always on hand if we needed advise moving forward. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
