Popped along couple week's ago after visiting a few others trading in Fires & Fireplaces within the Worcestershire area. Well , what a lovely surprise, this little business on the main road was like walking into an Aladdin's cave. In this show room you were spoilt for choice, it presented customers with much to choose from to compliment anyone's home giving that cosy feel for winter. I saw what I liked & purchased it that very day. The service was top class from Carl & his staff, helpful, well mannered & very professional. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. My search ended at Pheonix Fireplaces

From the moment I walked in to the Phoenix Gas showroom and spoke to the gentleman, Carl, who is who is the company‘s gas engineer I knew we were in the right place. Very sound and sensible advice as well from owner Steve on his site visit when there were unexpected problems with our 90 year old hearth and mantle piece. Steve’s wife deserves a mention too for her brilliant telephone manner. Nothing was too much trouble to this firm and we are thrilled with the finished job. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I visited Phoenix Fireplaces as i was looking for a Gas fire for my Mom. Steve who i believe is the owner was most helpful and was able to assist me in finding the right fire to suit my Moms living room.
The price was very competitive and his team were excellent when they delivered and fitted the fire and tool the old one away.

For 80 year olds purchasing a new fire is a complicated process, but from the very first moment we walked through the showroom door through to the installation last week, the whole process has been stress free. My parents were taken through the options slowly and patiently and never felt pressured by the staff who couldn’t of been more helpful. A long standing family run business, who know their products inside out. Fabulous showroom with a comprehensive range of log burners, gas fires and electric fires to suit all budgets, along with an extensive range of marble and limestone fireplace suits. If you can't find what you're looking for here, I'd be very surprised. Excellent personal service from start to finish.
