Twice we’ve used Crystal Clear and on both occasions we’ve experienced nothing but good service from start to finish.
We returned this time for full re glazing of our four bedroom house, including new front and back door expecting the product and workmanship to be perfect, we were not disappointed.
Our fitter was Steve and his mate was Eathan. The pair were tidy, efficient, courteous and friendly and nothing was of any trouble. Where any issues were met they made recommendations as to any solutions instead of continuing regardless. They cleaned up at the end of each day and left the place

Excellent service from beginning to end. The installers Steve and Jason were very professional and polite. They arrived at the same time for each day of the installation, worked incredibly hard and discussed options with me to ensure I was happy with the finished work. They didn't take lunch breaks preferring to work throughout the day and didn't even bother my biscuit tin! When the job was complete, they inspected the work with me to make sure I was happy with their work. They cleared up all mess from the their work. I am very pleased with my choice to use Crystal Clear, particularly due to Steve

Had a great service from start to finish from the guys at Crystal Clear. The inital quote was in no way salesy, we just talked through the options and they were clear about the pricing. It was about a 14 week wait when they started but they had told us up front it was between 12-16 weeks lead time, and they let us know when they would be coming with some notice. The installation was quick and Steve and Jason let us know where they would be working each day so we could WFH around them. They were tidy and polite and even helped move some heavy furniture back when they had finished.

Fantastic service from all the team from salespeople to measuring up and finally fitting by Steve and Jason. The level of skill, care and attention to detail from Steve and Jason was really good. They consulted me on extra details such as TV aerial and wiring, made helpful suggestions and left the site spotless. Can't thank them enough and hope to have them back soon for the final window. Thanks to Steven and Justin for their excellent fitting of 2 new doors last week. My partner said they were really great. High-quality work, tidy and no exposed bricks or rough work left to deal with.

Very good service from Crystal Clear this week. 7 windows fitted over two days by the wonderful Steve and Jason - nothing was too much trouble for them. Tidy workers and very efficient. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows too. Didn’t realise our windows were that bad until we saw the new ones fitted. Friendly office staff who were helpful and kept us up to date all the way through from ordering to install.
