We had a very shocking experience, rats were coming up from the sewer and had actually chewed through the flexi pipe in the bathroom! I contacted Keywest and they were brilliant from beginning to end. They came quickly and fitted a cap on the pipe and placed rat bait. The service is professional, responsive and effective. Dan who came out to us, was always extremely pleasant and competent. Would highly recommend.
