A Room in the Garden is a family run business started by Ivana Cavallo and Lukas Brzozowski and born from the desire to deliver unique, beautiful and practical garden buildings. We design, build and install high-quality bespoke garden offices, summer houses, garden guest rooms and storage rooms. All our garden rooms are fully insulated, beautifully finished and offer our clients a great all-year-round space.

All of our bespoke garden buildings are unique.
A bespoke, tailored design doesn't mean that your garden room has to be expensive. It really depends on what features you would like. Some of our clients want just a practical, inexpensive garden office, while others want to spend some more on a summerhouse with lots of decorative features. Whatever you choose, we will always build it to the same high standard.
Our goal in creating the PRIMO range is to deliver a great garden building at a very affordable price without any compromise on the quality or the finish we are known for. PRIMO buildings come in 3 different depths and 3 different widths. In total you can choose between 9 different versions. These buildings are built for all-year-round use and can be used as spare guest rooms too, whatever the weather.

Lukas and Ivana are brilliant to work with, from the initial site visit to the final build of our new garden room. They are excellent communicators and we understood the entire process from start to finish. They built us a completely bespoke garden room to our specification and the finished room has exceeded our expectations. We went from… initial visit to finished room is about 4 weeks!

A room in the garden were professional, flexible and showed incredible attention to every detail from the design stage until completion. I now have an amazing bespoke room in my garden, it really couldn’t have been a better experience. The workmen were courteous and hard working and the project delivered on time, despite all the rain and snow that this spring flung at us! I can’t recommend Lukas and Ivana highly enough
