We were really impressed with Richard and the team from the start to finish, of what was a large build (4 x 7 m), on a very difficult plot, with limited access, in the wettest winter ever! Richard handled the planning permission necessary for our Grade I listed house very adeptly. Many of the bespoke aspects of the build were simply not offered by Richard’s competitors and they were also able to get the project underway much faster than their competitors – both reasons we engaged Miniature Manors! The design and building team were very adaptable to our slightly unusual needs for power, soundproofing

Miniature Manors were fantastic to work with. They built a garden room for us in the centre of Lewes which now serves as a home office for two, a family room and it even has enough storage for all our outdoor needs. They were insightful in the planning stage and extremely friendly, professional and efficient throughout the build. We couldn't fault them at all and are hugely pleased with the final results.

From the quote, design to fitting stage of my wooden framed gazebo Richard and the team at Miniature Manors were really helpful. I normally worry when I am having any work done on the house or garden, but I didn't worry at all as they were so professional checking and double checking everything. The bespoke build element ensured I could get exactly the space I needed to cover what i wanted to use it for and I can tell this is a great garden space that will last a long time. Great customer service too. Very happy and would definitely recommend them!

Miniature Manors built a multi-purpose garden room for us during lockdown. We are so pleased with the results. Impeccable attention to detail, the friendliest trustworthy team and an end result to be proud of. We had high expectations in wanting a family room/ office/ music studio with lots of storage and lovely big sliding doors. I'm so pleased I chose Miniature Manors for my garden room, they were brilliant. From my first enquiry to the finishing touches, everyone involved was friendly, honest, reliable and professional. Thanks to everyone, what a great experience. Having spent time researching the options for a garden office, it was fantastic to find a local company who design from scratch and build a bespoke structure, at a very similar price to a lesser quality prefab. I love the interior finish too, with proper plastered walls and ceiling rather than panelling. The team could not have been any more polite and accomodating. Delighted.

Having spent many months searching for a soundproof garden room to accommodate our son’s drums and daughter’s saxophone playing we were relieved to find a company that could actually show us one they had built and we could hear how effective it was at reducing the sound. Richard and his team have been a pleasure to have around during the build – they were very professional, prompt, clean and tidy. Our resulting garden room is lovely to look at but more importantly for us and for our neighbours, very effective at blocking the music. Richard shows an impressive attention to detail and care
