We had our loft conversion completed in 2020. We choose AKB after having various quotes from other specialists. AKB were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either, after meeting with Andrew and discussing the project with him in detail we trusted them to do a good job. We are very pleased with the finished conversion, Andrew was available throughout the project to help with any questions and the whole team of tradesmen were very professional and helpful throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and have another project that we are looking to start and would be happy to go with

Had an attic conversion from these guys and couldn't be happier with it. Andrew and his team are all exceptional at what they do, with great attention to detail to make sure the work completed is of the highest standard.
It's transformed our 3 bedroom semi into a lovely 4 bedroom house, and it's changed our lives immeasurably. Not sure how we coped with just one bathroom for 6 years!
We love our new bedroom and en suite, and it's been money very well spent. Feel like we've got an absolute bargain. Particularly with house prices in north Leeds being bonkers.

AKB completed a loft conversion for us at the end of 2020, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Andrew and his team were professional and courteous at all times, and he took the time to explain the work, show us similar conversions, and provide us with options of what was possible. We went with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom but throughout the whole build we had chance to revise small details so we got exactly what we needed. The AKB team have just completed our loft extension. We had a hip to gable with dormer. We are really pleased and would recommend them to all. We had a challenging loft space with not much room for stairs or the finished room but their hard work, superior knowledge and dedication to get the job done paid off.

We hired AKB to do a roof conversion on our house. We wanted an additional 2 bedrooms and were happy to use the box-room area for the stairs. We also needed the ceilings lowering to make a bit more head space in the roof.
AKB got all the work done to a great standard and we are very happy with the results. They were easy to with and took care of everything in the project. I'd highly recommend their services.

I can see why so many people choose AKB, they competed an amazing loft conversion for us, nothing was too much trouble & they were always on hand to deal with any ideas or queries.
The team were faultless & always cleaned up at the end of the day, Andrew runs a very tight ship & it shows with the quality of workmanship of the completed job.

We have just completed our loft conversion with AKB. Andrew and the whole team were always courteous, professional and reliable and kept everything neat and tidy at all times- they even cleaned up after themselves (much appreciated as we have a toddler running around!) We had our loft converted into a dormer bedroom with en-suite last year. AKB also did some additional work for us at the same time. Andy and his team did a fantastic job, they were friendly, efficient and hard working. Andy was on the ball, was always on hand with re-assuring answers to our queries and got things done for us. Can’t recommend AKB enough to anyone who is thinking about a loft conversion or extension.

Great company to use; they are reliable and complete works to a high standard, giving the customer a very positive experience. They completed our attic conversion on time over the summer and we’re really pleased with the result - definitely worth doing if you’re considering it! AKB have just finished our loft conversion and we are delighted with the results. From start to finish Andy and his team have been excellent. He has a big team of tradesman who appear to do different parts of the build and they were all very professional and respectful. They gave good advice throughout and although we hit a few small snags along the way they always had a good solution. Andy has a huge amount of experience. despite having lots of jobs on the go he was constantly in touch with us to ensure everything was running smoothly.
The stonework to the exterior of the extension is really good match to the existing house and the inside space has been finished to a high standard too.

Our experience with AKB has been excellent, our loft was finished in December 2018 and we're extremely happy with the results. We were recommended AKB by a friend, and I would definitely pass that recommendation on.
Andy works extremely hard to make sure the project runs smoothly and is available pretty much 24/7 to resolve any problems. The work is carried out by very skilled tradesmen and they too help work out the best ways to achieve what you want.

Andy & the team recently did a loft conversion for us and they were excellent. Right from the start Andy was extremely knowledgeable and easy to get along with - often giving extra advice to improve the build you are doing due to his experience. Throughout the job Andy and his team were really friendly, extremely professional and worked extra hours to get the job done quickly.
