We can help with room layouts, functionality and dynamics and, of course, space planning, room flow and flexibility. Given that your home should remain your home we are happy to work with the things that are most precious to you and develop your ideas. Our bespoke furniture and made to measure curtain service are available in these and many more designer collections. Our bespoke upholstery service enables us to work to your design ideas. We will listen to your brief, adapt existing items, provide in house designs for one off projects, supply drawings or work to your specifications if you prefer. If you have a difficult area to design for, need built -in seating or just want an exclusive, different design, we can help - we can advise, provide drawings and work with you right through to installation.

This shop has some really beautiful things. It's just such a shame that the customer service is awful. Having raised an average customer concern at least two weeks ago via email I popped by today to speak face to face with the owners. I spoke with them today, in relation to my email, and was accused of ranting (I was not) questioned personally (you must be having a bad day?! As if that has anything to do with it) and then also asked if I actually wanted anything after just going in to tell them off. Questionable customer service at best. She was dismissive, arrogant and aggressive. It was completely

Very poor service for online offers. Stock system is very simplistic so could not reflect items that were out of stock until after you have placed order and paid. Was left for weeks not knowing when item might arrive with no response to any emails. Finally I called and was told the owners were away and would reply on return. Eventually item arrived but was not the same as item ordered. No apology, no acknowledgement of inconvenience. Shame as sounds like experience of the shop is very different. Perhaps efforts best focused on that rather than an online shop for which they are not suited.

Today I visited this shop for the second but definitely not the last time ... My sister and I received a very warm welcome by all ,a glass of bubbly and plenty of laughs... Once we purchased our much loved goods we were given a complemtary Christmas gift... We left the shop happy but unfortunately 20 minutes later someone bashed into my sisters bag and smashed 3 baubles, we returned to this shop and were immediately given 3 more baubles as replacements at no extra cost... HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AT SETTLE you made 2 customers very happy... Highly recommended this shop to all ☺ ☺ ☺ Christmas
