Mendip Construction (SW) have just completed our kitchen extension. As with any project there is always the fear of how it may turn out. However on meeting Dale and Grant our fears soon went away. They proved to be professional, honest and kept us informed throughout the project. They were always available to discuss issues and their team of tradesmen reflected the same values, always polite, respectful and worked to the highest standards and we could not have been more pleased with the end result.

Mendip Construction recently carried out a complete renovation of my 1930s property: wall and chimney removal, full re-wire, whole house plastered, re-plumbed, kitchen fitted and some windows changed. The attention to detail was great from start to finish; from providing a comprehensive quote to all the finishing touches at the house. Grant & Dale are very professional and are great project managers, they were always happy to discuss the work and give plenty of renovation advice. We had a door moved along a load bearing wall so a fairly small project, but Dale and Grant were very helpful throughout the whole process, and treated the job with great care and attention. Mark and Dan who carried out the work were a pleasure to have in the house, the respected social distancing and carried out work to a high standard and cleaned and tidied at the end of every day before Grant came to check over work toward the end. All in all an excellent experience and would not hesitate to use Mendip Construction again.

Mendip Construction recently repaired our garage and extension roof and replaced and resurfaced our front drive and path. All the work was done promptly and efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
Quite a number of workers were engaged on this over some 5 days and all were friendly and approachable throughout.
The proprietors Dale and Grant were very helpful throughout the process from the initial enquiry through to completion. They delivered promptly on all their promises and the only delay to the project was caused by the Covid 19 lockdown.

Mendip Construction recently carried out a rear single storey renovation/extension and we cannot speak highly enough of Dale, Grant and their team. From quote to completion, we were thoroughly looked after. We were always kept up-to-date with the project and the guys went out of their way to make sure we were happy at every stage. We recently had our brick fireplace removed in the lounge and re-plastered. The whole team were really friendly and professional. The job was completed quickly and to a high standard. Dale and Grant were very easy to deal with both in the quoting stage and throughout. Would definitely recommend and would use again in the future.

Dale & Grant of Mendip Construction could have not been more helpful - I had to deal with the work from a distance by phone. We had the garage roof renewed and the vegeation cleared from the 20 foot garden wall prior to repair and renovation work on the wall. The roofers and gardeners all did a great job. Looking forward to the wall renovation and repair part of the project.

Mendip Construction renovated my bathroom recently which included knocking down and rebuilding walls. From the quotation stage right through the renovations work they were professional, friendly and easy to get on with. Dale and Grant communicated regularly and were easy to contact if we had any queries. The tradesman they employ provided an excellent standard of work. Mendip Construction removed an internal wall and completed new electric for our kitchen. Dale and Grant were very professional and offered a lot of good advice on the work. Mendip Construction have just completed our kitchen extension & garage conversion. Even from the start the quotation was really competitive. There was just the right amount of detail & it was given to us very quickly after their site visit (which couldn’t be said for others). They always kept us up to date with what was happening, how long… different aspects would take etc. The site was always tidy at the end of the day & they managed to let us keep a kitchen sink & washing machine right until the end of the project which was greatly appreciated. Following 4 quotations from building firms, we finally decided to appoint Mendip Construction SW Ltd to undertake the alterations to our bungalow. We were extremely pleased and satisfied with all aspects of their work, and would not hesitate to recommend them.
