Our Contemporary Studios are built on our own-designed foundation system, are pre-wired, internally finished and are fitted with commercial grade laminate flooring and skirting boards. PIR insulation is included in the floor, roof and walls and our studios are installed by the experienced Sanctum team ready for you to move in to.
Our newest range is the perfect addition to the Sanctum family, looking a little different to the Contemporary and Hampton studios. Available in two models - the Studio and the Office, the QuadPod looks cool and modern with its cubed shape and horizontal Western Red Cedar across the front and one side.
Our best value garden office. The Hampton Studio is designed to fit the most compact areas. This modern garden room not only looks slick but is incredible value for money with a starting price of 7995 including VAT and installation. We use low maintenance treated weatherboard to clad the rear and sides.
We provide our customers with a professional and honest service at the highest level and will always try our hardest to give you exactly what you want even it doesn't come as a standard. The whole process is our passion. We do it all - the design, the craftwork, the delivery and the build. We want to give our customers a great experience from the initial enquiry right through to the finished garden room.

The whole process of dealing with Sanctum was easy and pleasurable from start to finish. Very professional and friendly staff, both at the office and the installation team. Loved that the prices are clear and up front and no hidden extras, something other companies could learn from. Very happy with my garden office, it is well made, looks good and its comfortable and warm. Perfect addition to my garden now that hybrid working is becoming the norm.

5 hours. That's all it took to assemble the studio.
I researched the market long and hard and found Sanctum Garden Studios to be the best quality-value option around.
Their service has been spot on from day one. They answered dozens of questions and the build team was superb. Even my incredibly particular partner is impressed by the quality of the unit. It's warm, surprisingly sound-proof and has totally elevated the garden. The build team explained where and how to fix things to the wall (pretty much anywhere!) and the electrics were a doddle to connect.
We now have the long awaiting work-life

Thank you, Sam and team, for such an amazing studio. I after many months of working from the bedroom it is great to move my office into the studio.
The installation team were great, so professional and friendly. The studio was installed in a few hours and I am so pleased with the quality, it feels solid and I am looking forward to spending my days working in here. The studio is so light and feels much bigger than it is due to the glass front.

Having had our Sanctum Garden Studio for nearly 3 months now and finally completing the rest of the garden work it is time for a review.
We are extremely happy with the quality of the garden room that has been such an amazing addition to our home, giving us a separate working space that is well insulated and homely. The service provided by Sam at Sanctum and the installation team was exceptional and created a smooth and seamless process. I could not recommend highly enough.

I am very happy we chose Sanctum to install our garden pod as the experience has been positive the whole way. Communication with Sam throughout the specification and booking process was very clear and prompt, with any questions answered to our satisfaction. Our installation team Chris and Anthony were professional and friendly, and powered on through an extremely long day, installing our QuadPod Micro Studio in just one day.
The finish of the studio is of a particularly high standard and the description on the site is 100% accurate - all you need is an electrical connection and paint. Thank you

We ordered a 3m x 2.4m garden studio in the Summer of 2018 and it's been absolutely fantastic as my garden office. We're really impressed with the quality and the look of the studio and I would highly recommend Sanctum.

We are absolutely thrilled with our garden studio. It is something we had been thinking about for some time as we were struggling for an office space, highlighted further given the current situation and working from home. I have been working in the studio since a few days after installation and it works so well, and stays very warm.
It looks amazing and we’ve had nothing but great comments. The service and installation were all first class and we would highly recommend to anybody.

I've left it for a month before writing this review, so I can give you my true impression after the excitement has worn off. Now that we've had this full-time office, part-time gym, and occasional spare room for a month, I can truly say we are absolutely delighted with it!!
The team were super friendly and super efficient. There was bare earth on Tuesday morning, and they handed me the keys of the finished building Wednesday lunchtime.
The underfloor heating creates a perfectly cosy environment, even when the temperature outside is sub-zero. As you can see from the photo's we've turned the room

Cannot recommend Sanctum Garden Studios highly enough. They fitted our Hampton Studio this week in what can only be described as a deluge! Even in the pouring rain, they managed to install the studio so quickly and with such attention to detail. The team were also extremely professional and helpful. Looking forward to now creating our office space. And also a big thank you to Sam who was on hand to answer all our enquiries from start to finish.

Professional, excellent office, I cannot rate Sanctum Garden Studios more highly, great communication, very detailed quote, could not have been more helpful. The office was installed efficiently and the garden was left immaculate, no bits of plastic or dropped nails you often find after work has been done. It has weathered this winter's storms without any problems. The floor is lovely and when the door is closed I have the silence I need for teleconferences. Needless to say, the dog loves it too
