Very friendly and professional showroom staff (welcome contrast to some of the other places we visited). The installation of our Gazco electric fire was carried out with great care and attention, and no hiccups after 2 years. I have no hesitation in recommending Pepper's to anyone considering purchasing a fireplace.

Cannot speak highly enough of Chris, who built our home cinema fireplace. We had to change our design on day one which caused us a lot of stress but Chris was resolute in finding a solution that we would be happy with. His communication throughout was excellent. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and his work was to an extremely high standard. I would not hesitate in recommending him. Thanks Chris!

Absolutely first class service all round. I can’t speak highly enough of fitter Chris. Our installation was quite complicated due to us having no chimney but Chris went about the task in a calm professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble and he answered our many questions fully and with a calm professional manner. I cannot recommend Chris and Peppers highly enough. A pleasure throughout.

After many attempts to get someone to open up our fire place I gave up hope and decided to just replace my hearth. I approached Peppers in Bexleyheath to give us a quote. Chris arrived on the agreed date to measure up and give us a price.During our conversation he said opening up our fire place was a job he could do. We accepted the quote and agreed a start date.
The Job took a couple of days. Having completed his work Chris arranged for Russell to plaster the chimney breast.
The work completed by Chris and Russell was to a very high standard. Both showed respect for our property and always left

Chris was a true professional and exceeded my expectations. When he arrived he walked me through what was being done and talked over the schedule to ensure I fully understood. Chris answered my many questions with honest and detailed answers and was a great point of contact from a customer service perspective.
