Hello, I'm Andy Watts and I'm the owner of Thames Valley Lawncare. We are an independent company that has a passion for all things lawn related; creating and maintaining lawns of all shapes, sizes and conditions. Based near Twyford, Berkshire, we work within a coverage area of around 15 miles and the M4 corridor towards Newbury and Hungeford.
I started this business as an independent, turning my back on franchises in favour of having flexibility. We can adjust treatments, products and approaches according to different customer needs and varying lawn / soil types. Sometimes we may lose in economies of scale, but our customers gain in our bespoke service that is knowledgeable, friendly, flexible and appropriate.
We only use the best commercial grade products sourced from leading UK fertiliser and herbicide suppliers; where possible these have an organic environmentally friendly basis. Where this is not possible we minimise use through careful, accurate & correct application whilst encouraging the soil and grass to become healthier over time, hence reducing the need for weed and disease control as the seasons progress.
