Overall great experience with Misha helping to design our new bathroom and helping to choose the different fittings and there was nothing that was not possible - everything seemed to be possible within the relevant budget. Timely delivery of goods and the Plumber also complimented the tiles! It's the third time we use Sagar Ceramics and very pleased with the bathroom so Thanks to Sagar Ceramics!

Sagar worked with us for over 3 months..both our cloakroom and main bathroom needed redoing. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with him..he was available throughout the project, flexible, and provided us much needed guidance/input during the design process.

Coming from abroad we were totally new to renovation styles or anything to do with renovation work in the Uk. Misha & Sunil have been absolutely fabulous with their knowledge and expertise. Misha has gone out of her way to help with the design and layout of our bathroom and WC which might I add, look superb!
Misha was always ready to advice when she felt we were making an incorrect purchase, she really seemed to understand what we needed, sometimes more then ourselves.

The service we received from Sagar Ceramics was genuinely 5 star. We’ve bought one bathroom suite and two shower suites. The knowledge and guidance of Misha was extremely helpful.
She is very professional and knowledgeable. But for her expertise and guidance , we would’ve made some mistakes in purchasing items that would not have sat right for our requirements and suitability .
She guided us through the whole process and is very thorough and confident in what she does. Thank you young lady.

Very professional and experienced at what they do. Misha designed by en-suite perfectly without any errors on sizing. I am very happy with how the bathroom looks. The tiles, vanity until, mirror all make it look like its a top class hotel bathroom.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They are not the cheapest but it's worth paying bit extra for top class quality.
