Sometimes you can tell the quality of a business by the way that it responds to mistakes. I gave Risco a one star review yesterday after they installed a bay window roof on my house. During the installation some of the black resin dripped down the cream render on both sides of the window. My house looked a bit of a mess and I wasn't at all happy. An hour later an invoice arrived for the job and I thought I would be left to sort the problem out myself. However, it turned out that the men who did the job were not the owners of Risco, but its employees! Paul, the business owner, came out first thing this morning to sort out the problem and he and a colleague spent ages patiently cleaning the front of my house. It now looks immaculate. Paul is clearly a man who cares deeply about doing a good job, and about his company's reputation.
