Rip off merchants. Won't visit the property to actually identify what the problem is and what needs repairing, just send you a list of prices and expect you to book them and hope for the best.
Go with a proper company who will come out, check what's happening and give you a proper quote based on your guttering and the repair that is actually needed.

I contacted Craig at A1 Roofing Services, Sheffield after there had been several amateur attempts at clearing the gutters at my house. I was very impressed by the clarity of his explanation of his charges and how he proposed to sort out the problem. Craig also looked at my house using Google earth to get a general idea of the building before he arranged an appointment. Having texted a full account of the work to be done, the price and the appointment date and time, he then arrived promptly with his co-worker, cleaned the gutters, examined the downpipes, identified the blockage and cleared it -
