I am extremely happy with the service that they provided. They were very punctual, efficient, and professional. I did not have to pay in advance and my landlord was happy with their work. All in all, very good value for money and all around excellent service provided.

Received a quote from West Clean for an end of tenancy clean which I confirmed with Marlon, arranged timings etc. The day before (a Sunday and therefore too late to find another cleaner) Marlon decided that he had "misquoted" and due to an increase in demand that he would need to increase the amount he was charging. Extortionate and unprofessional and I refused to engage with it!

We used West Clean for an end of tenancy clean and carpet steam clean and they did a great job. They are really responsive by email. The landlord complained about some of the windows and the cleaners came back to clean straightaway, and it wasn't even the cleaners' fault as we didn't provide a ladder to reach the windows. We didn't have any money deducted from our security deposit due to cleanliness. Recommend their services for end of tenancy cleaning. Very reasonably priced.

I used West Clean to give my house a deep clean after we’d had some building work done. They also did a carpet clean and some upholstery cleaning. From the first email, Marlon was very responsive and helpful, and his team were excellent. Professional, polite, helpful and with such a positive attitude. The work they did was faultless - our house was a messy dusty building site in the morning, and by the afternoon it was sparkling clean and ready to move back into. Would hire them again without a second thought.

I used West Clean to do a end of tenancy clean on a three bedroom semi detached house. The house was in a poor state of cleanliness and the team at West Clean transformed it. Their attention to detail was outstanding and no corner or surface was left untouched.

West clean did an amazing job of cleaning our flat after moving out. Though our landlord requested some additional requirements, West Clean were able to accommodate. Their price was good value, and they were still communicative after the clean, providing us with an extra receipt of payment.

I was convinced to try West Clean because of all the positive reviews they had and I was not disappointed. Me and my housemates asked West Clean to perform a full end-of-tenancy flat and carpet clean which was organised quickly, at a great price and carried out to a very high standard. When our landlord raised an, incredibly minor, issue when doing their final checks Marlon and team got in contact and had it resolved within a week. Thoroughly impressed and would not hesitate to use their services again in future.
