Redec Limited is an award winning chartered building company and main contractor based in Kent that was founded in 1994. We are committed to delivering quality work, cost effectively priced to your schedule. Our work is incredibly varied from working on grade I listed buildings in Canterbury to council properties in East Kent.
We cover the whole of the South East of England. Our aim is to promote a proactive, efficient and therefore cost effective service, installing confidence with quality. Redec is a member of KCC's Principal Contractor Forum to work with the local county and communities in proving enhancing and protecting the buildings of our county.
The majority of the work is in relation to refurbishing and extending local schools to meet the demands of the local communities they serve. Redec is an approved contractor working closely with SEC who partner with scores of housing associations around the UK to provide decent homes for families, the elderly and disabled.

Services
Our building and refurbishment department is responsible for undertaking a variety of works for a complex and demanding client base; so-much-so that a number of our trades are employed full-time in-house, including: carpentry, joinery, plastering, tiling, concrete repairs and stone masonry. Redec has great experience in working on new build schemes and refurbishment works.
Our decorating department's workforce is spread-out throughout the South of England and comprises of over 60 qualified craftsmen who are not only proficient in general decorating but also in specialist services. The department can provide sensitive conservation and restoration services to historic buildings and commercial services such as spraying or social housing works.
Our maintenance department works with large property portfolios to establish both reactive and planned maintenance works that ensure the life-cycle of the buildings are extended and enhanced. Redec has great experience in working on new build schemes and refurbishment works. From educational institutions to medical facilities we work flexibly to our client's needs.
Recent projects have included: Social Housing, Council Owned Properties, Country Mansions, Luxury Town Houses, Penthouses worth over 1 million retail and Blocks of Flats. We recently completed the modern international styled extension to a listed mansion in West Kent. Offering a whole package include design and build is a service we offer as a company.
