All new slate roofs which are fitted by All Weather Roofing come with a 10 year guarantee for your peace of mind. The process to a new roof includes fully stripping the existing roof, fitting a new breathable membrane, then treating the battens. Finally we select the slate the customer would like on their new roof.
We specialise in Flat Roofing across the West Midlands. Our process for flat roofs usually includes the existing Flat roofs being fully stripped and new boards in 18mm ply if required added. The roof is then re-felted in two layers torch on underlay and 1 layer mineral cap sheet with a variety of colours to choose from.
AWR specialise in leadwork, re pointing ridge tiles and chimneys. Leadwork consists of everything from step flashing soakers back boxes and aprons to decorative lead on vertical bays. Repointing is done to the highest standard whether it be on the back of a chimney or the front of a house. Ridge tiles repointed or rebedded and tops of chimneys Flaunched with a concrete mortar mix.
All Weather Roofing specialise in installing the best quality rainwater products at the cheapest prices. Fascias and soffit in various colours gutter and downpipes in various shapes and styles. We also install dry verge systems to the highest standard. Our typical process when replacing Fascias includes removing all existing guttering and renewing the timbers if necessary.

Richard and his associate has painted the bay window roof and sprayed a patch of brick work with water repellent at my place, along with that they have put silicon wherever there was a scope of water ingress (2 small holes and below the window) for £350.
The guys are very professional and put client satisfaction on top most priority. Happy with the service and hope the paint they have put on the bay window roof will last long.

I paid a high price for a roof repair and I got a very poor job that lasted at best only 3 months. I tried to call Jamie yet he does not answer his phone to my number. Therefore I have since had the same job carried out on my roof to a much better standard and at a much cheaper price. I should have used the second roofing company the first time around and not paid twice!! Please avoid this company - you have been warned!!!!
