Absolut awful driving bullying the car infront of them. Can’t believe what I was seeing.. I was behind them watching them dive so far up the persons car infront weaving around wanting to be past them and off onto the slip road. Must have been late for a job or something but no excuse. Feel sorry for the lady who was in the car by herself. No patients and no respect for others. I wouldn’t want these guys anywhere near my house.

I have just been following a transit of yours and it's rear passenger tyre is completely flat, to the point it's smoking, As soon as I could pull up the side of the van I did and made the passenger aware that the tyre was completely flat and smoking, to which I got a grunt and absolutely no attempt of a Thank you or anything! Then they carried on driving for a good 1-2 mile before pulling into a petrol station!
Best not have the vans sign written if that's how your staff treat people trying to help them. (FY16 XFF)

Hart & Sumpner provided a writen quotation to carry out roof work, which I agreed to. I have had to wait four weeks for them to be available to carry out the work. Should have started last week they rang to say they were behind schedule could they start today. I agreed to meet at 9.00am this morning. They arrived with some board and then left. I chased them up at 9.30am eventually they came.
Within 10 minutes they told me they could not do the job for the price they quoted (£6145 plus vat) as they had miscalculated the size of the roof. If I paid another £1500 they would start otherwise they
