Called to get a quote. Was told I would get a callback which didn’t happen. Called back a few days later only to be told the roofer is too busy to come out to the Bradford area- I don’t live in Bradford so they took my address and still got location wrong and said he doesn’t have time. Very unprofessional. They clearly don’t listen or communicate with each other and also got no apology.

Mark was very professional. He sent me a quote in a timely manner and was in touch to start the work as soon as I had moved into my new house.
He carried out the work on the day promised, despite the terrible weather, and needed to add many more slates and tiles than originally quoted for but kept the price the same.
Great work and would have no problem recommending.
