Purchased my fire through The Heating Centre. Date for installation agrees and no one turned up. Shop blamed the fitter, the fitter blamed the shop!
New date arranged and 3 fitters arrived, social distancing at its finest! Removed old fire which sadly got damaged. Unable to fit new fire as needed plastering. Boss left his two workmen who bricked the fire up and then we’re left waiting a good hour for him to come and collect them with all the tools. I’m a shift worker and wanting to get to bed.
Plastering completed and another date arranged after numerous attempts to contact me on a particular
