This company cannot be trusted. I recently bought a property and was asked by the conveyance attorney to have the boiler and heating system inspected to ensure that this did not need to be repaired. When I spoke to the technician I emphasised that he needed to check everything so that any work that needed to be done had to be reported before the sale was finalised. He assured me that everything was fine and said that there would be 'no surprises' when I had the system serviced once the sale had been completed. When he came to do the service a few weeks later he told me that I needed a new boiler
