We focus on creating exceptional environments for end users, by listening to and understanding briefs and providing innovative design solutions.
Seven is a friendly team of talented architects that care about creating good buildings which improve the lives of the end-users. We continually strive to better our professional skills through investing in specialist expertise. Cian has exceptional knowledge across a wide range of building types and draws on his diverse design influences having worked in London, India, Glasgow and Leeds over his career.
At Seven, Building Information Modelling (BIM) is integrated into our approach. Our methodology enables us to guide our clients and lead those who work with us towards delivering useable asset information at every RIBA stage. We are able to work to the highest standards covering all areas of PAS:1192 from coordination to security.
We provide in-house sustainable design expertise which enables us to deliver controlled, well designed buildings that minimise future running costs. We are proud to work within the BREEAM accreditation system offering a varied portfolio of architectural design projects rated BREEAM 'Excellent' and 'Very Good'.
