I wanted the experience of a big Architecture firm. Being an outsider I was working 14 big and unrelated jobs, most other people worked 3 jobs and typically related to their expertise. Most of the people were nice enough but (as in every firm) there were a few exceptions.
Overall I got the experience I wanted and have moved on to bigger and better things. My current company actually appreciate their employees and show it - I did not get the same feeling at LRW.
