Once we have made contact by phone, text or WhatsApp, I will arrange for a visit to view your garden. Without a visual review of your garden, I will not be able to say if I can take your garden on. Feel free to send me photos of your garden with a description of what needs doing, which would be most helpful.
Work is usually charged at an hourly rate. The first two to three hours are set at a fixed rate, depending on the size of the garden. Every hour thereafter is billed at my hourly rate. Sundries like various types of composts, barks, gravel, pebbles, slate and feature stones, pots and planters, various fertilisers, seeds, plants, weed killer, fungus spray, weed barrier membrane, tags & wires, bamboo poles, etc. are charged extra.
It would be most helpful if you could text or WhatsApp (preferred) me photos of your garden, front and/or back, and from an elevated position as well if possible. I will try and contact you on the same day, however please bear in mind that I may be busy in someone else's garden. But I will definitely get back to you within 48 hours.
If you live in the outer South East London commuter belt like I do, which is quite crowded with housing and everyone can see into each others gardens, then you may have the need of a "Secret Garden". Create a secret garden utilising wooden structures, cloth, trellises, screens, arches, pergolas and gazebos, solar lights, small garden furniture and garden decorations.
Do you you have children and would like to create a basic play area comprised of a sandpit? I can assist you as my now grown children had a field time in their sandpit when they were toddlers. Don't forget to always cover up the sandpit when not in use either with netting or a plastic cover. Animals may be tempted to use the sandpit as their toilet.
