We were quoted £100 for a call out change and inspection via the factoring company to investigate a leak in our roof. We were subsequently charged £284 for inspection and temporary repair. We enquired as to what repair was done and neither the factoring company or Torrans customer service would give any details as to how long the engineer was present or what repair if any was done. In fact Torrans roofing was extremely rude and unprofessional when we made our enquiry!!! My advice is to avoid any dealings with this company and look for an alternative in your area.
