At Plans-to-Build.co.uk we have extensive experience gained from 30 years in Architectural Design, domestic and residential planning, drawing and design. The company was set up by David Halliwell who joined Liverpool City Architects in 1979 and qualified as a Architectural Technician in 1983 with Full Membership in 1992.
We have recently added a side extension with conservatory onto our home. Mr Halliwell from Plans-to-Build was our architect. His work was of a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble for him. He listened to our brief and provided an excellent service, he also took care of all the communication with the planning department and building control.
