All Done Design Ltd has been established since 2009. With 25 years' experience, Oner Avara formed the company and set up the office in Muswell Hill, North London. In 2015, Oner passed the reins onto his wife, Charlie, who now runs the company with 15 years' experience under her belt.

Services
We are looking for experienced Carpenters working on long running projects across North / Central London. The rights candidates must have a full set of own tools and a valid blue CSCS card and be able to work without constant supervision. We currently have a number of projects across North / Central London and we are looking for Site Managers to work on high end residential refurbishments, home extensions and loft conversion projects.

I have worked with All Done on multiple occasions and they have always been incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Charlie, one of the Project Managers, prides herself on providing the best possible service and genuinely cares about ensuring the client is delighted at the end of the project. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

The review below is my opinion only.
Time is always the best reviewer of building work. We had an extension built 16 years ago by All Done. It was mostly ok. Wasn’t spectacular but a fairly good experience. We had a snag list. But after the end date, we noticed quite a lot. We turned a blind eye to the outside render cracking (they came back to fix that), the floorboards laid at an angle, the electrical sockets that never quite lined up (or tightened), the skylight that was was never quite square, the patio tiles that were always loose because of plastic sheet left in the concrete base etc.
