When our Maia worktop was fitetd the kitchen fitter failed to seal arround the Frankie sink properly an we now has a 20mm crack at one corner at the back of the worktop.

These guys run multiple accounts on eBay. In fact they flood the site to make it look like there's good healthy competition but in the end it's the same poor quality stock no matter which ad you're reading.
Purchase and delivery were fine but I bought 3 lengths at the same time to ensure they matched. The central length was 1.2mm thicker than the two meaning they don't align at all. Some guy called Todd told me it was the fitters fault as he'd sanded 1.2mm off the other two lengths. As an engineer I worked out what they would weigh and it's about 3.6kg of saw dust!!!!

1 star only because there isnt a no star option website didnt inform me the product i was ordering was out of stock ..then sent wrong lenth and thickness ...was told i would have to wait another 10 days for a replacement i tried to explain to their customer service all my old worktop and sink gone she didnt seem boheted told me managers gone home for the weekend...seemed to find it funny and laughed lost my temper i admit but dont like been laught at refussed to refund money till they had picked up other worktop ...loads more i could say but PLEASE BEWARE Of this company customer service very very

Quality of wood was fine, however the pre oiling service was uneven and sparse, so not worth the money. The edging was not smooth and was only edged round on one end of the worktop which seemed strange they didn't do both ends.
On my first email I had asked for drainage grooves next to our sink, but when delivered there weren't any grooves. I… enquired about this to be told that the team who did the template didn't think they were needed. It was then implied that it was my fault as I was not on site when the template was done (this was down to them being unable to visit on weekends or evenings

The wood is good quality and looks nice. Good price also.
** WARNING ** - Just don't get the pre-oiled service!! They only put one coat (not 3 coats as stated) on so this does not seal the wood enough so you will need to do this yourself. We have had a few wood worktops in our time and after you have properly oiled any water should bead just like wax on a car. When questioned on this they denied it and didn't want to help :-(
