I was recommended to KWE Kitchens by a friend who had recently had one installed by the company. My existing 20 year old self assembly kitchen was quite adequate, but dated, and I wanted something with more of a wow factor. I needed both the utility room and kitchen remodelling, so called to the showroom in Enfield for ideas. Paul was very knowledgable and helpful, so I started the process with a visit from the designer, Mark. Every element of the new kitchen was discussed and chosen and despite Christmas intervening work began early February 2021. Paul orchestrated the whole process, very efficiently

An unprofessional company that looks down on their customers.
Was visited by Mark from KWE for a quote to replace my kitchen, this visit took place on 28 October 2020. As I write this review he nor the company have bothered to come back to me with a quote or explain how the pandemic is delaying sending quotes to customers.
I felt Mark did not take my appointment seriously as he was quoting absolutely ridiculous rates for a modest kitchen in a ground floor garden flat. After I objected to the Italian marble worktops and the hand bevelled draws the visit went down hill. I had a healthy budget for

Kitchens with Elegance fitted a fantastic kitchen and completely remodelled our Kitchen in 2004, doing a fantastic job. We were so pleased that we got them to fit a new shower room for us in 2010. Recently the mixer tap on the kitchen needed replacing. Paul came around immediately and did a great job sorting it out. Great service sixteen years after the original fitting. Highly recommended

We have had our kitchen designed and fitted by KWE for about 6 months now. So hopefully I can review pre fitting, during fitting and post fitting. We moved house a year ago and wanted to treat ourselves to a new kitchen. I was reluctant to use the usual high street suppliers and wanted something individually designed for us. You have to bare in mind this was our first ever commissioned kitchen. We had no idea about products or what was on the market. I didn’t want a computer telling me I could only have those cupboards because they fit in the space!

I have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone thinking of installing a new kitchen.Sue and Paul Dawson were exceedingly helpful from the initial meetings in their showrooms to pick out designs and materials through to the erection of the new kitchen in our house.What we particularly valued was the extent to which they kept us in constant contact when, as nevitably happens, there were one or two glitches in what was otherwise a well-run project.
