We had a Covid positive patient at the clinic at 0900. and had to close the clinic and reschedule all patients.
we were advised to fumigate the whole place about 110 sq. meters .
I phoned total clean and spoke to Phillip wondering if this can be done asap . He arranged for a team to come within 1 1/2 hour , job done in 1 hour and we managed to open the clinic in the afternoon. Thank you total clean for a fast, efficient nad responsive service.

It was clean and clear cut. There were some last minute changes asked by me of the service, and they were very nice and accommodating of those changes. The Operations Manager Philip W. and cleaner Dario were very professional and polite and managed the entire process well. Recommended highly.

There could never be a better name for this company as this is exactly what you get from them. Our flat was a total disaster thanks to the inconsiderate builders working in the flat below us. They removed all of the old Victorian lathe and plaster walls including the ceiling without any protection to our flat above. Our flat looked like the inside of a coal mine by the time Gustavo and his team were called in. These guys showed up on time, were shocked to see the state of our flat but didn't grumble and got on with the job. We have a two story flat and a lot of stuff. Everything was covered with

Organised deep clean fogging treatment for a residential property for a friend who had Covid. The team at Total Clean were very responsive and I was able to organise everything by phone. They then took the time to explain the treatment in detail and answer all questions for the homeowner.
We were able to have the clean done the same day and gave great peace of mind.

I hired the company to do an end of tenancy cleaning for my 2 bedroom apartment. It was honestly one of the worse experiences I've had with a company. The boss Frank James, was very unresponsive at critical points. But the worst part was his complete lack of ethics and mismanagement of the situation. He gave a quote for the cleaning service which I agreed too and halfway through the cleaning demanded DOUBLE the agreed-upon price i.e. £190. I offered to pay an extra £50 out of respect for the cleaning as that was okay so far but he insisted on DOUBLE and proceeded to take the cleaners midway

When they did arrive they did not clean the windows, the fridge, the oven at all. As it was an ex-builders clean everything was left very dusty and not clean.
The cleaners had also left scratches all over the freshly polished parquet flooring. When I called the office, their response was simply “it was the builders not us.
