Contacted Jim at JAC for a fence that had collapsed. He came round and then sent us a quote, which we were happy with. This was at the start of December. We then struggled to get hold of Jim via phone or email, and only got through to him in the New Year (this was due to Covid cases, which is fair enough).
We then agreed a date for the work to be done, and on that morning he said his van had broken down, and we may have to delay a couple of days. This followed a period of radio silence of about 3 weeks, again impossible to reach him despite countless phone calls, texts, emails from us.

We have been trying to contact Jim to return to fix a fence post his team put in place which doesn’t allow the garage door to open due to where they positioned it. Jim promised to come and sort it out before Easter and didn’t show up. He just won’t return our calls or messages now. We had quite a few other issues with the work they provided, he did fix the other issues but took months to get him here each time.

Jim and his team did a complete makeover of our garden. They broke up and removed loads of thick concrete, a boundary wall and installed new fencing, new patio, new lawn and they built us some new planters. They also cut down a tree for our neighbours too. Nothing was ever a problem and they worked incredibly hard through wind, rain and snow and delivered us a space exactly as we had imagined. We’re really happy with the result and can’t wait to use it!

Jim, Steve and their crew undertook a garden renovation for us in October, transforming a raggedy old patio, path and decking area into an area that we are making full use of now, rather than avoiding.
The team were all polite, punctual and clean, completing the whole project in 2.5 days to a high professional standard and completely in line with the quote provided several months before. Even the neighbours commented how courteous they were through the time they were here.
Absolutely a 5/5, and we will definitely be using JAC again when we look to transform the other end of the garden next year

Jim and the team have just completed a full transformation of our back garden. They have done a fantastic job for us and we are delighted. The guys are very efficient and very good at what they do. They also provided some very helpful advice along the way in terms of potential improvements to our original specification (which we went ahead with). Overall, a great team and would highly recommend.
