Secret Garden was set up by Ali Smith and Jerry White over 15 years ago. We have grown quite a bit since those early days and we now have teams working on various different projects all over Bristol and the surrounding areas. To design and build beautiful affordable gardens that are practical, functional & inspiring.
At Secret garden we are always happy to talk through any ideas you have, whether it's a full redesign, an extra bit of paving or even just some new plants we are here to help. Sometimes its difficult to know what will work most effectively in your garden. We can suggest new and innovative ideas, materials and construction methods to help you maximise the potential of your outside space.
A paved area is the central point for most garden designs. Paving can be used to link the house with the garden, often making an outdoor extension of the living areas of the house. There is a massive variety of paving that can be used in different ways to bring colour and texture into your garden. A paved area can be a great feature in the garden.
However big or small it can be a really good idea to have a safe, fun and stimulating place for your children to play in the garden. It is relaxing for parents with young children to know that they are playing in a safe environment. For older children social areas and dens can be incorporated into the garden, so they can have friends round in the safety of their own home.
Raised beds are a fantastic design feature that can instantly transform your garden into a more interesting and usable space. They can be constructed using a variety of materials. The size and height of the raised beds can be tailored to suit you and your garden and can incorporate lighting and seats too.
