I met with Clive & Grace on a very cold November evening in 2014 with 6 inch's of snow lying on the ground; I remember it well. We discussed design, dwelling layout and the procedure of getting their project off the ground, all the paperwork in place and ultimately their home constructed. Less than 18 month's later Clive & Grace have their great new home completed and everyone moved in.
