I am a Cheltenham based Architect specialising in Extensions, Loft Conversions, Basement Conversions, Period Restoration and New Houses. My uniqueness is that I owner a separate building company, Arcadia Design and Construction Limited, which I established over 25 years' ago. The company is frequently appointed as Contractor for my design projects, although this is not a requirement.
The benefit of this all-round experience to private clients is a greater understanding of the building process and technical aspects. As I have also completed several of my own development projects, there is also a huge experience of project management and cost control. A depth of experience in Listed Building alterations and extensions is a particular benefit.
