We had a problem with our replacement door that was fitted about 7 years ago. I called Micron for assistance, and Ed came and sorted things out to our complete satisfaction Thanks Ed. This is the second time I have used Micron for my windows and door and again I have been impressed from start to finish. The attention to detail from the sales staff in getting every detail confirmed was staggering. The surveyor was prompt and courteous and the installation started and finished as promised. The fitters (Danny and Pete) were lovely to have in the house and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. I would have absolutely no reservation in recommending Micron.

I just wanted to share my experience with this window company.I have purchased windows for my son's Victorian end of terrace house.The windows are fine it is the measuring and fit of the windows that is a problem,or should I say the fact they don't fit and are too small.I have been left with external gaps of over two inches on the back windows and these are now not level with one being set a little lower than the other.I have asked for explanations with no result,I have had fitters arrive today who do not know what they need to as they have not been told the issue,my calls are not returned and
