Neil Pollard Architect
An architect providing planning and design services from my studio in Norton St Philip, midway between Bath and Frome, I have an extensive portfolio of a broad range of projects in and around Bath and further afield. I advise on sensitive, architectural adaptations which will allow you to get the most from a period property whilst respecting its history and the original fabric of the building.

I offer expertise in dealing with conservation officers to achieve Listed Building Consents and in applications to Historic England for listing hitherto neglected buildings. Creating beautiful architecture is complex and requires expertise to negotiate the required legal and legislative maze. I bring to bear decades of experience to help ensure the very best result for your project.

With a well developed network of trusted suppliers, contractors and craftsmen, I are able to fulfill your project management needs to the very highest level. I am a founder member of Bristol- based architects' practice Hallett Pollard Hilliar (latterly HPH Architects) which worked for many years from The Wool Hall, a Grade 2 listed Georgian warehouse in central Bristol.
